SANDAKAN, SABAH – Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Haji Aman made a two-day visit to Sandakan starting today (Sunday).
Accompanied by his wife Puan Sri Hajah Faridah Haji Tussin, Musa launched the Mobilepreneurs organised by the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development Malaysia at Mile 7, Sandakan on Sunday.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, Datuk Borhan Dollah was also present.
Some 155 of youths from Giat Mara’s trained students received their Mobilepreneurs’ assistance such as motorbikes presented by Musa.
Earlier on, Musa launched “Jualan Sentuhan Rakyat” programme in Sungai Manila, Mile 12, here.
Later, Musa also launched the BN’s Batu Sapi division’s election machinery in Batu Sapi and after that officiated at the opening of Sabah Peladang’s annual general meeting at Four Points Hotel in Sandakan.
Also present were National Peladang’s chairman, Datuk Seri Saipol Bahari bin Haji Shuib and Sabah Peladang’s chairman, Datuk Nazri Abdullah, Sabah Farmers Organisation Board’s director, Anita Haji Misuari and Sandakan Municipal Council’s president, Datuk James Wong.
